Nutrition:

To stay healthy, we need food and the quality of that food is needed which provides nutrition to our body, increases physical strength and increases immunity. There are basically six components of food – protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals and water. We take nutrients from these six components which provide energy to our body and play a special role in maintaining health, such as –

2. Vitamins: Which help in keeping the body healthy and increases immunity, maintaining physical fitness.

3. Carbohydrates: The function of carbohydrates is to provide energy to the body and keep the body healthy and strong.

4. Fat: Fat or fat that produces heat and provides energy in the body.

5. Minerals: Minerals or mineral salts support and regulate physical performance.

6. Water: Water regulates body temperature and provides nutrients to the body and also helps to keep the body hydrated.
