-When we say Health and Wellness, we mean Health and Wellness. Sleep according to the regular amount that provides rest to the brain. An adult needs seven to eight hours of sleep regularly, otherwise it is impossible to remove physical fatigue. Therefore, the body should be kept healthy by removing physical fatigue through adequate sleep. Physical health is also maintained by walking regularly.
